Our analyst team expects the USD and CNY to remain relatively strong in 2022, with the JPY and EUR at relative weak. 2022 could see further downside for the EUR, GBP/USD may hover in the range of 1.30-1.34 in early 2022, and the JPY is expected to remain weak. If the pace of Fed rate hikes were to accelerate, it would slow gold prices further.
