In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker ThinkMarkets as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 18, 357 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

The investigators arrived at 357 Collins Street in Melbourne CBD of Victoria, Australia for a visit to the brokers office on December 17, 2023, and located a Grade-A office building, which boasts exceptional connectivity and access to perfect pedestrian, vehicle, and mass transit network, such as tram and railway due to its coveted place.

Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a digital directory in the lobby, which displayed that “ThinkMarkets” is situated on the 18th floor.

Upon access to the 18th floor via the elevator, the inquiry team discovered ThinkMarkets office with ease, where its company name and logo could be seen conspicuously. Unfortunately, the team failed to take photos inside the office as a result of the access control system. Therefore, the specific company size of the broker is unconfirmed.

Through the on-site investigation, its confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker ThinkMarkets as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
