During the WikiFX Demo Trading Competition S2, NCE, as one of the sponsors, provides comprehensive support to participants. We have the privilege of interviewing NCE to gain insights into their global business layout, fund security measures, recommended products, and investment strategies for the competition.
NCEs Global Influence and Future Outlook
NCE is the retail derivatives trading brand under NCE Group, established in 2018 and headquartered in Australia, with subsidiaries in New York, Kingston, and Hong Kong. NCE is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and is registered with the National Futures Association (NFA) in the United States. Currently, NCE offers hundreds of financial instruments across six asset classes, including forex, precious metals, energy, indices, stocks, and digital assets, to traders in over 20 countries/regions worldwide. NCE aims to become a fully licensed one-stop Metaverse trading service provider, according to the representative interviewed.
Fund Security: Compliance, Safety, and Timeliness
Fund security is the primary concern for traders. During the interview, we specifically discussed how NCE ensures the safety of client funds. Fortunately, NCE places significant importance on this and states that they always prioritize the security of client funds while providing convenient and low-cost trading services. NCE emphasizes that they have implemented a series of measures to ensure fund compliance, safety, and timeliness. Firstly, compliance is of utmost importance, and NCE only collaborates with reputable licensed institutions for client fund movements, never compromising on regulatory standards for the sake of lower costs. Secondly, safety receives high attention, as NCE employs multiple verification technologies, including Google Authenticator, for their client office systems. Clients are required to verify their identity when performing relevant operations, ensuring the security of their assets even in case of password leaks or other similar incidents. Lastly, timeliness is a commitment NCE upholds, providing industry-leading processing speeds to ensure clients enjoy fast and timely fund movements. These measures ensure the compliance, safety, and timely circulation of NCE client funds.
Account Types: Enjoying Ultra-Low Spreads
NCE offers two types of accounts: Standard Account and Raw Spread Account. Both account types enjoy ultra-low spreads lower than 99% of similar accounts offered by other brokers. Please refer to the table below for specific information:
MT5 Trading Platform
NCE provides the MT5 trading platform, which has become the most popular trading platform globally due to its user-friendly trading methods, versatile trading environment, and excellent automated trading services. It features a powerful trading system, supporting three execution modes and eight order types.
Flexible Leverage and Comprehensive Protection
NCE offers flexible trading conditions to investors, such as leverage of up to 1:1000. Additionally, NCE strictly implements a negative balance protection policy, which means investors are not required to repay losses exceeding their own funds. If an account experiences negative balance twice within a month, NCE will limit the maximum leverage to 1:200 for 30 days before returning to the normal level. This allows investors to enjoy flexible leverage while receiving maximum protection.
However, accounts engaged in abusive practices to profit illegally from negative balance policies, such as holding heavy positions before closing on Fridays or before important data releases, will be disabled.
Diverse Auxiliary Tools
1. VPS
NCE offers Virtual Private Servers (VPS) that run 24/7 with backup power and alternative communication channels, ensuring 100% connectivity between you and the broker's server. Furthermore, it reduces the distance between your personal computer and the broker's server, eliminating unnecessary delays. Low ping values contribute to improved execution of trading strategies, thus helping to retain profits.
2. Expert Advisors (EAs)
NCE supports Expert Advisors (EAs), also known as trading robots. If you use MetaTrader 4 as your trading platform, you can enjoy one of its most powerful features, the ability to use EAs. An EA is a complete trading program written in MQL4 language. By accessing real-time market prices, the computer automatically executes trading orders based on the set and specified trading strategies. EAs can also be run through VPS, allowing for 24/7 automated and rational trading to capture trading opportunities. Additionally, the MQL4 IDE platform provides an integrated development environment for investors to develop EA trading strategies, technical indicators, and scripts of any complexity within MQL4. The built-in MetaEditor are designed to develop trading strategies within MQL4.
3. Economic Calendar
Similar to many excellent brokers, NCE provides an economic calendar, an essential tool for fundamental analysis in financial markets.
MT4 Professional Contest and Promotions
In this competition, NCE has introduced the MT4 Professional Zone to provide participants with more trading opportunities. Regarding fund security, NCE always adheres to compliance and legal operations to ensure the safe circulation of client funds. During the competition, NCE has launched a series of promotions, including rewards for new clients, to provide participants with additional trading benefits.
Guidance for Beginners: Diversified Investment Strategies
For investors new to the forex market, NCE recommends participating in diverse investment strategies and trading different instruments. Especially in this competition, beginners can try different investment products and observe the strategies of successful investors to find their own trading style. NCE suggests starting the trading journey with currency pairs, gold, and crude oil, among others. These instruments are influenced by policies and data, allowing for clearer analysis of fundamentals and the establishment of investment strategies based on this analysis and better understanding and verification of the rule between fundamentals and price fluctuation. Additionally, NCEs trading community provides an excellent platform for beginners to observe and learn from others. They have also introduced generous rewards for new clients.
NCEs Outlook on Gold
Regarding the outlook for gold, a traditional investment asset, NCE shares that its value will be further highlighted in 2024. Given the global economic slowdown, the impact on the United States is particularly prominent. According to a United Nations report, it is predicted that the US economys growth rate will decline from 2.5% in 2023 to 1.4% in 2024 due to higher interest rates, weak consumer spending, and a sluggish labor market. Market expectations for rate cuts by the Federal Reserve continue to rise, and it is highly probable that the Fed will maintain an accommodative monetary policy in 2024. Based on this, the depreciation of the US dollar is almost certain, weakening its status as a safe-haven asset and creating a favorable environment for gold prices. Additionally, the recent escalation of tensions between Russia and Ukraine further enhances the value of gold as a safe-haven asset. Considering these factors, it is highly probable that gold will experience the first wave of increase in the first quarter of 2024 due to the traditional Chinese holiday demand and maintain an upward trend throughout the year, potentially reaching a historical high of $2,500 per ounce.
Identifying Safe-Haven Assets and Future Investment Allocation Recommendations
Against the backdrop of escalating geopolitical issues, NCE advises investors to diversify their investments when selecting safe-haven assets. This includes traditional safe-haven assets like gold and the US dollar, as well as the digital asset sector. NCE believes that digital assets, especially Bitcoin, have significant investment potential. Therefore, they recommend investors form a diversified investment portfolio that distributes funds across gold, energy, digital assets, and other sectors to better cope with uncertainty and risks.
Through this interview, we have gained a comprehensive understanding of NCEs global business layout, fund security measures, guidance for novice investors, and market outlook. As a sponsor of the Simulated Trading Competition S2, NCE provides participants with more trading opportunities and benefits, supporting their trading endeavors.
