Abstract:In this article, we delve into the unsettling experience of an investor who claims to have lost $4,400 on the VANTAGE platform.
Case in Detail
An investor who shared his unfortunate experience with VANTAGE. According to the investor, he initially invested $4,400 in the VANTAGE platform with high hopes of profitable returns. However, it quickly turned into a nightmare. After just two months, his account was suspended, and the profits were blocked.
The investor was left in the dark as to why the account had been suspended and profits withheld. Upon reaching out to VANTAGE for clarification, the investor was informed that the account suspension was due to alleged market manipulation. However, no evidence of this manipulation was provided, leaving the investor in a state of confusion and frustration.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, VANTAGE requested various documents from the investor, including bank statements and ID proof. The investor complied with these requests, even going so far as to provide hard copies in video format. Despite their efforts, VANTAGE sent an email informing the investor that their account could not be reopened. When the investor sought further clarification, they were directed to their account manager, who inexplicably stopped responding to their messages.
