Abstract:On August 13th, 2023, eToro will undergo maintenance for up to 2 hours, impacting some core functionalities. eToro is focused on enhancing the trading experience, and certain features will remain available during the update. Stay informed and prepared!
Are you a frequent eToro user? If so, you should be aware of an important update from the eToro Team. The eToro platform will be unavailable from 03:30 AM UTC on Sunday, August 13th, 2023. But don't worry, it'll only last up to 2 hours and is all in the cause of bettering your trading and investing experience!
During this maintenance period, some of the core functionalities of eToro's web platform and mobile platform will be temporarily unavailable. This includes services like:
News Feed
Popular Investor feed
Personal feeds
Instrument feeds
Trading operations
Although some features will be unavailable, eToro has ensured that certain functionalities will remain operational. For example:
You can use the back trader application to close any open positions.
Stop Loss and Take Profit features will still be working and will trigger if reached.
You can access an offline mode at offlinemode.etoro.com.
During the maintenance period, however, you won't be able to:
Trade actions on your real money account.
Create new accounts.
Send funds from your eToro Money account.
Perform actions within the eToro Money crypto wallet, such as sending, converting, and buying crypto.
The eToro platform is committed to delivering an enhanced user experience, and sometimes that means shutting down some features for a short period for updates and improvements. The eToro Team wants to assure you that they're working hard to minimize the impact on investing actions as much as possible during this time.
Make sure to mark the date and time of this maintenance on your calendar and share this information with other eToro users. If you have any questions or need confirmation of the maintenance date, don't hesitate to drop a comment on eToro's maintenance notice.
The eToro Team wants to thank you for your understanding, as always and is looking forward to providing you with an even more efficient and effective trading platform experience. They're excited about the changes they're making and hope you'll appreciate the benefits once the maintenance is complete.
So, fellow eToro users, mark your calendars for August 13th and prepare for a temporary pause as eToro fine-tunes the platform to better serve your trading and investing needs!
