Q & A:
1. What is Forexpay and what is USDT for?
Forexpay is a wallet-like function that you can use it to send and receive money quickly and easily. It allows registered WikiFX members to transfer money between each other. You can top up your account by using Forexpay. Forexpay also allows you to purchase WikiFX value-added products, such as VPS, EA, and VIP services.
If you plan to withdraw your money out of the Forexpay wallet into other linked accounts, Forexpay Supports ERC20 and TRC20, the minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USDT for a single transaction, ERC20 charges 5 USDT for each transaction, TRC20 charges 1 USDT for each transaction.
2. when does the event end?
The event will last from every Monday to Friday (UTC+8). We have prepared 10,000 USDT for our participants every day. The event will last until September 30, 2022. Each participant can only participate once a day but can participate again the next day. Each participant will receive 1 USDT per day. The event on that day will end whenever 10,000 USDT is sold on that day. Please note that the campaign is only available from Monday to Friday. There is no events on weekends.
3.When can I get the money?
WikiFX will conduct an internal evaluation when participants are eligible to receive the currency, and the participants will get the money within 4 hours, usually between 9:00-19:00 (UTC+8), Monday to Friday. For non-working hours, please wait for the next working day. If you do not receive the money within more than 2 working days, please do not hesitate to contact WikiFX customer service for assistance.
4. Why can't I participate in the activity using WikiFX APP?
In order to make more forex users aware of how to search for dealers, WikiFX has lowered the threshold for the event by simply opening https://www.wikifx.com/en/ in a browser to participate.
If you want to get more latest details of brokers and forex news updates, we strongly advise you to download the App to unlock more features.
5. Why does the staff of WikiFX customer service tell me that I am not eligible for the award?
When searching for brokers on WikiFX.com, participants need to save the search page as a screenshot and send the screenshot to WikiFX customer service staff. Please note that we only recognize the screenshot of the searching page, not the broker detail page.
6. Can I get 1 USDT every day if I send the screenshot every day?
Yes, every participant can participate in this event every day, and get 1 USDT. There is no limit before the deadline (September 30). There is no limit to the number of collections before the deadline or 10,000 USDT on the same day is issued. For the efficiency of the campaign, the same participant should search for the content specified by the staff of WikiFX customer service after participating in the activity for the second time, and send the search screenshot.
7. Why cannot the staff of WikiFX transfer money for you?
Please makes sure that your WikiFX App has been updated to the latest version(2.3.2). and the Forexpay function is working at the same time.
8. can I use the Forexpay Wallet on the webpage terminal?
The wallet function is only available in the WikiFX app for now and will be upgraded to the page version later. So please download the latest version of the WikiFX APP to make sure you receive the transfer
